−He is one of the most experienced transaction services practitioners in the Middle East having worked on over 200 transactions during the past 13 years.

−He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from the Applied Science University in Amman, Jordan.

−Ibrahim’s recent experience includes a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, construction, communications, retail, healthcare and real estate.

−Prior Joining Kartal Team, Ibrahim worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than 10 years and has assisted various investment banks and private equities with several IPO listings and M&A transactions, by providing financial due diligence, support with MD&A services and financial modelling.
